NON – REGULATED MATERIAL

Non – regulated material, withoutspecific national and/or EU measures, must be subjected of food suitability according to art.3 of EC Reg. 1935/2004.

According to article 3 of Reg. 1935/2004, materials and objects, including active and intelligent ones, must be produced in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, so that under normal or foreseeable conditions, they do not transfer components in quantities to food products such as:


a) Danger for the human health,
b) Made an unacceptable change in the composition of the food
c) Lead to a deterioration of their organoleptic characteristics.
