About Us

Food Contact Center S.r.l. was founded by Dr Marinella Vitulli in 2016.

After 20 years of studies and managerial roles in the sector, she has built a national and international reference centre for the analysis of food contact packaging and materials.

Thanks to its highly qualified team, the company can meet all customer needs in testing and in chemical, microbiological and regulatory consulting.

Its core business is the analysis of materials and articles and their interaction with food. Our technicians have gained their experience in analytical laboratories and in consulting and certification bodies, and they contribute technical and scientific expertise, training and advice to technical tables of Italian and European institutions.

Attention to customer needs is fundamental for our team, which plans every test project in detail and coordinates the operations needed to assess quality and compliance. Customer support also includes the drafting of Declarations of Conformity.

Our locations

Food Contact Center’s operational headquarter is in Serravalle Pistoiese, Tuscany, where tests are performed according to good laboratory practices and the requirements dictated by ISO / IEC 17025.

The company is constantly growing and from 2021 has opened two other offices in northern Italy, Brescia and Cuneo where there is technical and sales staff.
