There is no legislative reference at European level for GLASS, therefore both Communiti and national rules apply to ceramic FCMs ( Regulation No. 1935/2004, Regulation No. 2023/2006, Presidential Decree No. 777/1982, Decree Legistlative No. 108/1992) and the specific provisions contained in the DM 03/21/1973 and subsequent updates amendments.
