The laboratory is able to arrange test plans relating to foreign and non-EU legislation, including in the plans the worsening parameters that derive from the contrast of sometimes similar legislation.
We are able to perform tests based on:
NATIONAL LAWS AND REFERENCE DOCUMENTS / GUIDELINES (e.g. COUNCIL OF EUROPE RESOLUTIONS), USA LEGISLATION (21 CFR fda), CALIFORNIAN PROPOSITION 65, JAPANESE LEGISLATION (JETRO STANDARD AND VERIFICATION OF THE POSITIVE LISTS), ANALYSIS RELATING TO THE GB LIST OF CHINESE CONSULTING POSITIVE, TEST ACCORDING TO KOREA PROTOCOL (Standards and Specifications for Utensils, Containers and Packages), TEST ACCORDING TO THAY FOOD ACT, TEST ACCORDING TO SOUTH AMERICAN REGULATIONS AND MERCOSUL / R RESOLUTIONS
The analytical approach adopted by the FCC provides for the integration of the various regulations in the global context cwith the choice of the most restrictive legal limits in order to reduce the costs of risk assessment. In this way “integrated” analytical plans are produced.
We take care of producing Matrices / Tables possibly to be included in Global Quality Manuals, in which the requirements of the materials are crossed with the countries of interest, with the various reference documents.
