About Us

Food Contact Center S.r.l. was founded in 2016 by Marinella Vitulli; she built this center exploiting years of study and testing of Packaging and Materials, helped by experts in polymers, materials science, technology and food science, and analytical chemistry.
Strategic synergies developed over the years have allowed the creation of a reference center on packaging and food contact materials, able to satisfy all the needs about testing and consultancy.

Activities and services

Food Contact Materials compliance is an obligation required by national and global legislations. Rules and laws are heterogeneous and many changes are on going; the harmonization is a long path.

OUR STRUCTURE

Our headquarters are based in Tuscany, Via E. Pestalozzi 63, Pistoia, where documentary evaluations and laboratory tests are performed, according to good laboratory practices and ISO / IEC 17025 requirements; some tests are conducted using partner laboratories, under direct supervision.

The Food Contact Center plans the testing project and coordinates operations needed to assess quality and compliance, taking into consideration customer’s requirements and needs. We can provide compliance letters and support you for the production of Declaration of Conformity
